Approach & Recruitment process
Nicholson first started working with AODocs in 2014, when we successfully introduced Clement Denis (current CTO) in France, and placed a couple of mid/senior sales executives in France, UK and US. At the end of 2019 Stéphane Donzé, CEO of AODocs has retained us in hiring their VP Sales in the US to grow the enterprise Market in the US. The challenge was that this role required the individual to have experience selling complex technology to enterprise businesses coupled with the ability to wear multiple hats, such as managing a sales pipeline whilst creating and collaborating on a direct sales strategy.
The search involved identifying candidates who were eager to be a part of the company’s goal of doubling their revenue in 2020. Following an extensive search, Todd Callen was appointed EVP Sales having previously led the sales organisation at Stibo Systems. With a strong understanding of international sales operations, it was clear that Todd had the right professional experience for the position.
