Guillaume Hespeel joins to head up new business
We’re delighted to announce the launch of a new contracts division at Nicholson to complement our thriving Executive Search business.
Having recently hired senior contracts manager Guillaume Hespeel from international contracts recruiter Montreal Associates, we are in a strong position to rapidly grow this new division. Guillaume will initially be focused on the French IT market and will soon be joined by consultants working alongside him in the French & UK regions.
Guillaume has more than 10 years experience recruiting technical contract and permanent professionals into a range of sectors in France and is very much looking forward to adding at least another 4 heads to his team this year.
We’re thrilled to announce that Julien Gargowitsch has been appointed as CEO of Nicholson Search & Selection.
Having been with the company since 2007 Julien has been instrumental in the growth of the business over the past 12 years. Julien initially established himself in the French Data Analytics space but quickly developed a reputation as a hugely successful headhunter not only in France but across Europe and North America.
His progression as the company’s most successful consultant, through management and then as Managing Director has been inspiring for the whole team and he’s now relishing the challenge of accelerating the growth of the sales and our brand in the next few years.
John Nash moves into the role of Executive Chairman and will continue to work closely with Julien and the senior team.
Nicholson Search & Selection are delighted to announce a partnership with advanced analytics software solution provider, Dataiku.
Nicholson have been recruiting senior executives for Dataiku for the past four years with considerable success. Nicholson’s success has been down to their intimate knowledge of the Data Analytics market and their ability to develop a deep understanding of Dataiku’s business by working closely with their senior line managers and the Co-Founder Florian Douetteau. During this period they have placed 15 highly skilled executives all of whom are adding exceptional value to this French early stage company. This track record is also testament to the success of Dataiku in being attractive to prospective employees because of their unique service offering and retaining them by creating an excellent working environment.
Nicholson’s CEO and Manager of the Dataiku account, Julien Gargowitsch said “We hope that Nicholson’s relationship with the team at Dataiku and our commitment to hiring the very best professionals in the market has contributed to the growth of Dataiku and to the company’s continued success”.
Dataiku has been successful in making quality hires through Nicholson because of a combination of them being a high quality organisation with excellent products, strong management and a clear growth plan and vision, and the proactive approach that Nicholson has taken to identify and approach the very best candidates from relevant technology organisations.
